This extreme episode consisted of rock climbing, simulated skydiving and riding the skycoaster, which is an extremely high pole that you swing from.
Okay, that is a bad explanation, but I'm not the right person to describe it, 'coz I used the flying skills that I learned from Sky Diving, to imitate that of a young bird, and chickened out!
